GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
     
  • All abstracts must be written in English and submitted electronically.
  • Go to ABSTRACT FORM, fill-in the Presenting Author, Institution, Tel. No., Fax. No. and email address.
  • Prepare your abstract (not exceeding 300 words) using Times New Roman, 12-point font as doc file (not pdf file). The abstract MUST BE in TEXT ONLY without GRAPH or TABLE.  It should contain a Title, Names of all authors (underline the name of the presenting author), Institutions and Addresses, etc. (see example).  The abstract should contain a brief introductory statement of the research and continue with a summary of the results obtained, followed by a statement of the conclusions.
  • Standard abbreviations should be used throughout. Any special or unusual abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.  It is recommended that you use a minimum number of abbreviations in your abstract.
  • Symbols (such as Greek symbols) can be used (prepare in word document and paste in the abstract space provided).
  • Bold faced, underlined and italic characters can be used while preparing your abstract.
  • Include any acknowledgements, source(s) of research support at the bottom of the abstract.
  • Check carefully for any misspellings and/or typographical errors
  • Press the SUBMIT button. The abstract will be submitted electronically.
  • Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation and reference number. Please use this number in all future correspondences with respect to your abstract.
