We are pleased to announce the SEA COAST 2019 - South East Asian Crystallographic Overview And Systematic Training - to graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and more established young scientists both from academia and industry in South-east Asian region and neighboring countries. The workshop will cover macromolecular crystallography overview and all aspects of the structure solution process, such as crystallization, data collection theory, processing, phasing, refinement, validation and PDB deposition of the structural data. Major crystallographic software suites, CCP4, PHENIX, SHELX, and Global Phasing software (MOSFLM, XDS, DIALS, MolRep, PHENIX, SHELX, REFMAC, Buster, Coot and PISA) will be presented along with many individual programs by software developers. Selected attendees will have the opportunity to practice using crystallographic software with the world-class experts!
