3. Your Abstract/Proceeding will be SENT to our expert REVIEWERS
4. Notification of ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION or REVISION based on evaluation by our experts will be sent to you by EMAIL.
5. IF REVISION IS NEEDED, please REVISE and EDIT your Abstract/Proceeding according to the comments from our experts and SUBMIT your REVISED ABSTRACT/PROCEEDING on the website.
6. Notification of ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION will be sent to you by EMAIL
REMARK 1: Poster presentation is required for all accepted Abstracts/Proceedings. Please prepare your poster according to the guidelines below.
REMARK 2: For those who are willing to give an ORAL presentation, please do not forget to declare yourself (select 'Yes' answer in the "willing to give oral presentation question") in the registration from. Participants whose abstracts/proceedings are selected by our Scientific Committee to be SELECTED ORAL PRESENTERS do not need to prepare poster. Notification of selection for oral presentation will be sent by email. Please prepare an ORAL presentation according to the guidelines below.

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES:
All Abstracts must be written in ENGLISH (either American English or British English, but not a mixture of these). Graphs, figures and tables are not allowed.

A good abstract should contain a brief introductory statement of the research and include a summary of the results obtained, followed by the conclusions.
Standard abbreviations can be used throughout. Any special or unusual abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. It is recommended that you use abbreviations minimally in your abstract.
Acknowledgements and the source of research support may be added at the bottom of the abstract.
Total number of words of the ABSTRACT BODY should not exceed 250 words.
Reference should not be included in the abstract.
Check carefully for any misspellings and/or typographical errors.
When fill-in the online-submission form, if symbol characters are used, please try copy & paste such characters from your document file (e.g. microsoft word).
PROCEEDING GUIDELINES:
All Proceedings must be written in ENGLISH.
Proceeding file must contain TITLE, AUTHORS, AFFILIATIONS, ABSTRACT, KEYWORDS (up to 4 keywords), INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, and REFERENCES.
The name of the Presentating Author must be Underlined
The name of the Corresponding Author should be Starred
FIGURES and TABLES must be INCLUDED in the MANUSCRIPT.
Total number of pages should be no more than 6 pages.
Please be reminded that the research work to be submitted for Proceeding publication must contain PROTEIN RELATED experiments (e.g. work with only gene cloning may be rejected).
An EXTRA 1,000 BAHT will be CHARGED to the REGISTRANT for FULL PAPER PUBLICATION (ISBN: xxx-xxx-xxx-x) once your proceeding is ACCEPTED.
ACCEPTED PROCEEDING must also be presented as a POSTER unless it is selected as an oral.
Presenting Authors of each poster are requested to be available for answering the questions during the assigned poster session.
The dimension of each poster must not be larger than 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
A good poster should be readable from at least 5 feet away, while the figures and tables should be clearly presented.
Do not overload the poster by using too small fonts. Too much material may mean less communication.
Materials for mounting posters will be provided on-site.
Participants whose abstracts/proceedings are selected by our Scientific Committee to be selected oral presenters do not need to prepare poster. They will be informed by email within .
Oral presenters must prepare their presentation in PowerPoint presentation format (.PPT or .PPTX).
For Mac users, please convert your presentation file to PowerPoint presentation (.PPT or .PPTX) format or bring your own adapter if you would like to use your own computer.
Presenters must check their files at the AV center room during the symposium dates prior to presenting.
