CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the symposium admin (pstsymposium2019@gmail.com). For cancellation on or before April 30, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellation after April 30, 2019, no fees will be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the symposium.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, the organizers have the right to change or cancel the symposium without notice and you will be informed of the situation as soon as possible. The registration fee will be fully refunded.
